Title: Bushmaster m4 carbine or s&w m&p 15
Post by: ridgefire on November 04, 2016, 10:19:51 PM: I am gonna buy one of these rifles in the next couple of days. Torn between which one to buy but leaning towards the s&w. What do you guys recommend? Pros and cons of both guns? Hoping to stay in the $700-800 range. .223 calibre.Thanks.

Post by: Alchase on November 05, 2016, 06:52:49 PM: The quality of the Bushmasters have declined allot. Between these two after comparison, I went with the M&P. As long as you understand they are made to be low cost price points. The stock front hand guard is not shielded on the M&P, so you will want to upgrade it. I bought the Strike Industries Viper, for the price it is a very good hand guard.

Mine shoots great.

Post by: 300rum on November 05, 2016, 08:15:51 PM: The S&W would be a fine choice. They have a great warranty all of them I have shot have been great rifles for what they are. You can upgrade down the road, if you want, but you won't need to.
