Title: Buck history
Post by: boneaddict on November 13, 2016, 08:22:00 AM
This was interesting to me.  I've photographed this buck for 3  years.  I think I actually have him for 4, but I couldn't find it.  Anyways he was on the downhill slide last year. Still dominate, but smaller.  Then this year, he was better.  There was a drought last year....

He is a four on that side, just a bad angle.   His dimensions are tightening up, but surprised of overall appearance.

Has he been in the same vicinity each year or has he traveled around?

The total distance between all three photos is about 200 yards

That makes for an interesting study.  To me, the 2014 rack is better (I like the claw on the left, before it grew out).  The eye guards never grew with this fellow.  This is really fun.

Impressive. Shows he's the same deer. And shows you know where to look.
