Title: Scope
Post by: KDume on November 13, 2016, 10:00:10 PM
I've got a Marlin 30-30 with just open sights and I would like to know a scope that would work good for a gun of that size. Right now I hunt archery so i'm not in a big hurry. If I do hunt with it I would only use it for deer. Anybody familiar with type of set up? If so your suggestions would be nice. Thanks'

you posted in the Muzzy section, but I imagine a google search would help you find a Marlin forum with your question already answered.

I would use this option. I have it on my Marlin 1894C 357mag lever gun and like it better then a scope.

a muzzleloader scope is what I like on the lever rifles I chose 3-9 Leupold. they have a long eye relief.
