Does anyone know of any public land for hunting on Anderson island. My wife and I have doe tags but unfortunately our connection fell through. Any help is appreciated

There's no deer there!   :chuckle:  There's also no public land there, at least that I know of.   :'(

There are a lot of deer loving hippies on Anderson.  Finding someone to grant you hunting access might be really tough.

If you go out there and ask nicely you will have a pretty good chance of someone letting you have access.  That is depending on how you present your self.  Being as the Season has been underway it makes it a bit more difficult, had you been out asking in March -> May when people are out working to put in fruit stock that has been damaged or to fence off their kitchen garden and topiary it makes it quite a bit easier.
