Was out and about and ran into this guy. I have seen wolves before. I am not one to cry wolf by any means. I have hunted coyotes my whole life and even been around a few coy dogs.
The pictures are lame as I was around 450-500 yards and in a rush to get a couple pics. Very smart and showed himself for about 30 seconds. Popped over the ridgeline and then followed a little draw back over to the opposite side of the ridge. Solid black gray muzzle. Some place in the 70lbs range would be my guess looked bigger but with the coat I think around 70 is a fair guess.
