They need the migration info and with enough of it we might just get a separate light limit one day sooner than later.

Post by: lokidog on December 19, 2016, 12:30:17 PM: Back in 85 and 86, I made collars like that as a part time job for the wildlife department at UW - Madison. It was always cool to get photos and reports of where my collars had been sighted.

Dang it on the Russian part, was hoping they came from Canada east of BC. But depending on where you took that picture in the state would give a better chance being Canadian.
