Title: Ever changing! Looking good to go on full season.- Updated
Post by: h2ofowlr on December 29, 2016, 08:58:15 PM: ~~Just received "unofficial" word that the counts didn't meet the quotas required. Unless this cold snap brings down more birds or a second count happens it's looking pretty bleak!~~

3rd flyover today it appears they counted over 6k brant. The cold may have helped push more birds in or made the scattered ones hungry. :dunno: Looks like full season. We will see what the officials say.

Brant are on par with specs. They are actually very good to eat. :tup:
