Title: Zenray customer service

Has anyone dealt with them before? I sent an email 4 days ago trying to get my ed3's sent in for warranty. As of today no return email. I was going to send them in last year but got busy with other hunts and always seemed to need them. Last year I did the same thing I did this year with the email. I had the same issue. I know other companies are a little quicker response time. It is the holiday season so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Has anyone else had problems with them getting back to you? I can't even find a number on there website to contact them.

Send them an email saying you want to be a dealer and leave your phone number. I bet they get back to you in 20 minutes.  :chuckle: :dunno: :tup:

That should send Charles a notification and I bet he responds here. They've always seemed to get great reviews here. I have to wonder if there was a disconnect somewhere.

maybe they have the period between x-mas and new years off as holidays.

Ive had eye cup issues with mine a couple times. A bit too rough on them. He has always treated me great. Prompt and fast!

Thanks for all the input. I love my ed3's. I'm sure after the holidays are over we will get it taken care of! :tup:

I've been waiting for over a week on an e-mail too about issues on a brand new pair. Hopefully Charles will get back to work after the holidays.

Looks like Charles hasn't been on here since Oct. 7th. Pretty surprised at that. Hope you hear from him soon!

sorry, I was out on vacation in the last week. So did most of my staff.  I will PM @teanawayslayer to get the warranty taken care of.
