We took 5 bulls in the Crew this year & assisted 3 more in their elk hunts as well, all in all a very good year with 8 bulls down, all OTC DIY public land hunts. Thought I'd finally get around to sharing them with other elk hunters who share our passion! Thanks!
Paul II scored first, called this bull to 22 yards.
I took this one mid Oct.
Grandson with 1st deer at 10 years old! OTC DIY. Very proud of him!
Clayton's bull!
Colby's bull!

Yes, we had a great year & we seemed to be packing meat nearly every day of the season! (grin)

Congratulations to all involved Paul! What a blessed season! 2016 was a great year to break in the new Chuckler, I know we gave it a workout. You are an inspiration.

Is the red shirt supposed to piss the bull off and make him come in faster?

Thanks guys! Yep lots of packing for sure, all those critters were broken down & packed out on our backs, no elk loaded whole out in these parts! (grin)
Mike, I wear all sorts of things when elk & deer hunting, I like camo especially some new GameGear camo I picked up last year but I hunt elk in all sorts of clothing, it all depends on the weather. Elk do not care what you wear! (grin) Thanks!

Reminds me of an old timer I ran into a few years ago while hunting who was wearing a red flannel and blue jeans and said it was because the elk were looking for guys in camo! Congrats on an awesome season  I just picked up a copy of your playbook and will be reading it soon.
