Maybe we can add a poll?

I think that we need to KEEP the option of requiring public access and public hunting for some compensation.  In fact, I would expand it to require free public access for damage-oriented hunts.  It burns me that timber companies actually are allowed to charge hunters for special bear damage hunts.
