Does anyone know of a competent gunsmith that could replace the ejector spring and rivet on an 870? For the price of the parts and tools from Brownells, I could probably have the work done by someone who knows what they're doing. I am in Everett, so Seattle, Marysville, and even Arlington are all workable options.
Thanks,
Chris

I dropped off an older 870 Wingmaster to a gunsmith for the exact same thing you're wanting. I knew it was a simple fix and figured it'd be cheap. When I picked it up and saw the $120 price tag, I about blew a gasket. At one point I thought I got a steal of a deal for the gun at $150, but not after that mistake. Make sure you get a quote first.

Thanks for the input. I've watched videos of the process on YouTube, and it doesn't look all that tough. Just thought if there was a guy with a good reputation that people used, I'd go that route.
Thanks,
Chris
