Title: Looking for Munsterlander breeder
Post by: Torrent50 on January 27, 2017, 07:37:06 PM: My daughter is looking for a good breeder for Munsterlanders and is having a hard time finding any. Does anyone here have any experience or suggestions?

We did have a local breeder that was focused on hunting SM's, unfortunately the owner of the kennel died in a farm accident in 2016. If you find any intel from Herzcoff Kennel in central Oregon, that kennel is now defunct.

Mark is a great guy that I know from our NAVHDA club events. Give him a bell and he may be able to help. He's just South of Yakima.

There's another registry, one of those deals where the folks are kind of split up between rigidly following the German standard or not, but that's for you to spend time reading about. :tup:

Not sure on the status of her dogs but navhda lost a very special person and judge. I know Mark and he is a great guy. I know one of his females is probably the best SM I've seen. Powerful little dog...
