My daughter is looking for a good breeder for Munsterlanders and is having a hard time finding any. Does anyone here have any experience or suggestions?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

I've never seen any but that doesn't mean there not out there. Interesting breed. I wonder if there is a good breeder with hunting stock. I'm sure you could find a show breeder probably a lot hard to find hunting stock.

Yeah, she managed to find one in Maine or someplace like that, but locally nothing.

Small or Large Munsterlander? I'm assuming small as they are heaps more popular than the large right now, forgive me if I am wrong.
We did have a local breeder that was focused on hunting SM's, unfortunately the owner of the kennel died in a farm accident in 2016. If you find any intel from Herzcoff Kennel in central Oregon, that kennel is now defunct.
Listed on the breed club Approved Breeders/Studs is:
Mark Koffler Drifting Feathers WA 509-823-0736
Mark is a great guy that I know from our NAVHDA club events. Give him a bell and he may be able to help. He's just South of Yakima.

There's another registry, one of those deals where the folks are kind of split up between rigidly following the German standard or not, but that's for you to spend time reading about.

Constructeur,
Melissa died last year? I didn't hear that. What happened?

Ask Brandon next time you chat, I think he told me she was riding a quad without a helmet on and got into an accident with another piece of farm equipment.

Thank you very much for the info. I will pass this along and let her start making some calls. This is awesome.

How sad, A great lady with great dogs. I had the pleasure of hunting with her a few times...

She really liked her dogs. You probably wouldn't meet anyone who was more committed to her animals.I wonder what happened to them? Hope they found good homes for them.

She was in an accident when she was guiding. Riding a 4 wheeler she got into a collision with another vehicle. Not sure on the status of her dogs but navhda lost a very special person and judge. I know Mark and he is a great guy. I know one of his females is probably the best SM I've seen. Powerful little dog...
