Title: HOUSE BILL 1097.... NATIVES TO CONSULT ON OUR STATE REGULAtions????

Anybody have more information on house bill 1097??  Upon the research  I have done im.just confused on why natives would be consulting us on our seasons and when and where they can happen seems off to me

I don't wanna turn this into a native  slam season I just want some factual information  :bdid: doesn't sound good to me at all but let's see what we can do about this if this is the case
