So I started this with an Anderson Stripped lower that had been sitting in my safe for about a year. A friend gave me a PSA lower Parts kit about 6 months ago. I finally decided to put her together
-
Started by ordering an Upper receiver
-
Then after some help from a gun guru on here @jay.sharkbait I picked a barrel
-
Next I decided what stock and handguard I wanted
-
Then to order Gas Block, Gas Tube, and a thread protector
-
Then my friend put it all together for me because I didn't have the mag well or upper reciever vice blocks
-
This is a coyote gun so black and silver don't cut the mustard for me (flame away about how you don't need camo, I don't care)
-
I paid about $200 for the Nikon P-223 3-9 scope and $100 for the Leupold Cantilever scope mount
-
And then one last thing to round her off . I bought the curved trigger, the pic on my receipt is not accurate. She's ready to hunt
-
Total Damage, including lower receiver
-

the reviews I read on this BCG that came with the upper said that the ejector spring was weak so I ordered a stiffer one for a whopping $1.01

Accurate enough for A 250 yard Texas heart shot. I was aiming for the back of her head but she was running dead away and slightly uphill 😂🤘🏼

Don't worry about the Texas heart shot on running game. I know hunters who do that on standing game. :chuckle:
