i saw one real similar to this on McNeil Island back in 2001---he was eating blackberries about 20 yards from me as i drove by--biggest blackie i have ever seen. The only difference was on his left antler he had double drop tines along with the drop tine on his right antler (8x6) but his inside spread was wider than this. i know that was 15 years ago but would still think his genetics are around..working on the Island for 12 years we saw many deer swimming out in the middle of Puget Sound over a mile from the nearest land so I know the genetics are spread out around the Sound. Great looking deer. i would assume that deer on Anderson Island and Key Penninsula would have these genetics as those areas are about 1/2 mile swim from McNeil
