Title: Remington 700 VLS .308
Post by: gee_unit360 on February 22, 2017, 07:09:06 PM
I'm looking to buy a new hunting rifle primarily for deer and elk. I currently shoot a Remington 721 30.06. I was looking at the Remington 700 BDL or CDL 30.06 but they don't offer those in a laminated stock which I would prefer. Does anyone shoot the Remington 700 vls .308? What do you think of the it? Is it accurate. Is it versatile enough for both deer and elk? I'm also open to suggestions or recommendations on different rifles. Thanks.

I've owned a 22-250 and a 243 in a VLS.  Both were very accurate.  They are also HEAVY!
