You can buy them almost anywhere, I have only shot musket caps.

I was thinking about changing the nipple out to #11 since they're easier to find. Haven't really put much effort into it, as I did buy two packs of musket caps at muzzleloader supply.

Optima doesn't allow the option of just changing the nipple.

Made the run to sunbirds and they don't carry them anymore. Any oly options? Cabelas was a negative as well.Dang, they always had them when I was in there. I need to find some as well.

Yeah my wolf uses the same breech plug, but the nipple does have a hex on it so I thought it might be threaded as well. Lots of local retailers purchase some or all of their inventory through Farwest Sports, which is SPORTCO's wholesale division. At one time almost every firearms dealer in the region purchased a lot of their inventory from Kesselring Wholesale.

Sunbirds in Chehalis normally has them. :tup:Ditto here, I get mine at Sunbirds also. And have seen them elsewhere. They shoot so much hotter then the 10's,11's and 12's/ Also watch for the reenactment type/lesser charge and only used for making a bang/ Not for hunting a few shops accidently ordered those. I had a friend use them last year and failed to get his elk because the gun didn't go off. He informed the shop and they now have eliminated those in his shop and only stocks the normal/hot muzzle caps.
