Intriguing. I bet there's a review or two on Rokslide.

I've used it for several years. I really like it. I download areas I hunt, run, or hike, in topo and aerial photo, so they are available off-line. The GPS engine on a smart phone is amazing so you get quick, accurate readings when you need it. The zoom feature lets you see the maps/photos in fine detail.

I rarely use it to log waypoints. It has good tutorials to help learn the app.

I do, I love it. Way better than my dedicated GPS. I use Avenza for work, but on my personal phone, I use Backcountry Navigator, I like it better.

I use it as well.  Download maps before getting out in the remote.  Works great!
