Wanted to post a positive customer service experience from Jann's Netcraft and Batson Enterprises. I ordered a four-piece Rainshadow backpacking rod blank from Jann's Netcraft. When I received the blank it was missing one of the four sections. I called them and talked to Barb. She got back to me the next day to tell me that the manufacturer, Batson, would be shipping me a complete new blank. Well, the next day, today, I have the new one! :tup: Awesome customer service from both Jann's Netcraft and Batson Enterprises.
