thats the real question when building these. suggestion, design it so the lock is behind the steel. like a sleeve over it. looks great though

It's unfortunate that that is the world we live in. I bought a nice trail camera a few years ago and put it on my own property and within 24 hours it had pictures of a nice bull elk and within the next 24 hours it was beaten into oblivion even with the bear box lag bolted to a tree. I have a second camera but it stays within shooting distance of the house. My next cameras will transmit to the house and or be in boxes made of at least 1/4" steel.
