Title: Can kids fish with two poles?

I know adults have to have 2nd pole Endorsement but how bout kids? By the way, catfish are on the bite in the Yakima!  Old stew meat was what I was using.

Yes but they also need the 2 pole endorsement

The two pole endorsement is only good for Lakes, Ponds and reservoirs. It is not valid for rivers or streams.
