Title: Brisket time

Daughter & snl brought over 17lber for me to smoke for them. Started at 5:30 this morning and reached 194. Now wrapped in foil with towel in a cooler waiting for pickup. The pics are just of the point. Flat was done earlier and in cooler as well no pics of that. ENJOY  :drool:  ;)
