Title: Special Hunt Permits - Hard Copy?
Post by: acrocker on July 07, 2017, 10:24:37 AM: Is WDFW still sending out hard copies of the special hunt permits? It seems like it's been a while since the results came out and I haven't received anything in the mail, I didn't notice anything in the online version about printing out a special permit... anybody received theirs yet? Maybe I'm just getting antsy with excitement... :chuckle:

Post by: acrocker on July 09, 2017, 08:19:45 PM: I can officially join the club - got mine in the mail yesterday. Whats with the new 8 1/2" x 11" version? The old one was so much nicer for carrying without having to fold it up into a tiny, thick chunk of paper. Not that I had much experience with carrying those less bulky permits around, mind you....

Post by: bobcat on July 09, 2017, 09:18:36 PM: Just fold it up, put it in a plastic zip lock bag, and stick it in your backpack. That's what I've always done with my permits when they were the post card size. Still was too big to cram into my wallet.
