My highest draw was in the 300's.
-
I don't see the link to check results
-
Go to where you buy your license
-
Would they have already notified the winners? I thought that happened in August??
-
I'm going to start fishing more I think.....
-
That and pick up a camera. Hunting as it was is gone in this state forever.
-
I'm going to start fishing more I think.....
lol, shoot, they'll probably start a permit system for salmon pretty soon!
-

Says the lucky guy with a sheep in his profile :chuckle: Didnt you get a moose to maybe? :chuckle:
Well my best was 55 in the eastside elk.

Oh man aint that the truth!
-
Does anyone know if they would have already notified the winners?
-
I am guessing if the results are posted they would have already called the winners or at least left a messages etc.
-
I'm kicking myself for not having my raffle tix on me... LOL

I don't see a way of finding results online other than 2016 raffle results tho?
Am I missing something?
-
Went to WDFW and all that's posted is last years results.
-
It's on the fishhunt site that we buy our tags on now. Before you log in, there is a yellow bar to click on
-
Closest for me was 142 and 144.
-
Closest for me was 63 and 75 :'(
-
I had a 5 and 8
-
Finally, I have a reason to bitch about the new system. I can't log in to see how I did? I have to type in the raffle number on my receipt? WTH? Shouldn't the raffle number be linked to my WILD ID? Oh well... Guess if I'd been drawn I'd know by now. :cryriver:

Washington is soooo Gay.
-
I know it's Facebook but, I just read the same guy that killed bullwinkle drew the same tag this year :yike:
Wouldn't that be "tags" (with an "s")??
Elk, mule deer, and bighorn sheep.
-
I know it's Facebook but, I just read the same guy that killed bullwinkle drew the same tag this year :yike:
Wow, how lame is that?! :puke:

Bought...he bought the tag.
-
If it is him he also won the sheep raffle
-
One of my tickets was ranked number 2. Does that mean I came soooo close?
-
Yep
-
Looks like the winner bought 500 tickets. $11,250.
-
Dang it I almost got Goat & north Central. Ranked #4 for both of them.
-
Word on the street is it wasn't the bull Winkle hunter that won at all. But, what do I know.
-

Where the heck do you get that info??
-

His commitment to conservation paid for the tag.
I agree.
Call it what you want.

Enter the winning ticket number and it will show how many tickets they purchased. At least that appears to be how it works.

The person who won the South Central Big Game and the California Bighorn Sheep purchased 6,225 tickets. I'm not sure how many he had of each type, so I don't know what he spent altogether. The South Central raffle tickets were $17.00 each and the California Bighorn tickets were $11.50. Even if you use the lower price tickets times 6,225 it comes to $71,587. I saw somewhere that someone said he spent $90,000. That's probably about right, but I'm not sure how you know how many of each ticket was purchased. That would be an unbelievable hunting season for whoever this guy is. Two bighorn sheep in one year, in Washington? That's amazing. Then a 4 month season to kill the biggest mule deer and the biggest elk that you can find. Unbelievable! Probably is Reichert. Who else can afford to spend $90,000 on raffle tickets? If I had that kind of money I'd probably be booking a sheep hunt in Alaska instead of taking a chance on the raffle here in Washington.
-
Wow, who got the moose tag with only 10 total tickets purchased? The other moose tag went to someone who bought 1,817 tickets.
Only 100 tickets purchased for the mountain goat tag. $1,150 for a goat tag is a pretty fair price.
-
Did they call people this year or just post the results? And why can't they get the permit results out in 6 days?

heck Plat you could be right, I wouldn't give the Facebook info much credence.

My highest # was 3.

you still have a chance, if the two before you for some reason can't use those tags, you'll get them. Slim chance for sure but you never know, an old friend of mine got notified one year a couple days before the season started that he drew the Eastside elk tag. He figured the guy or guys in front of him bowed out at the last minute.

$90k is just the beginning, they will almost certainly hire a guide for each of the four hunts, then have all the gear, gas, lodging, flights and taxidermy. Nobody pays $90k to DIY themselves an average animal, I wouldn't be surprised if the scouts were already out looking at animals.

You would be dead wrong, this will be a DIY guy. Some people do things the right way believe it or not.

First off I want to say I am far from rich and my girlfriend would say I am a tightwad. Lol
The look on her face was priceless when I told her I laid down $3400 on 200 raffle tickets. (I still cant believe it myself.) Anyways as you can imagine the anxiety waiting for the draw was intense. So this morning at work I logged in to this great site like I do everyday at breal and saw his thread and rushed over to the WDFW to check my numbers and BAM it hit me I just won the Northeast big game raffle. Still cant believe it.
-
congratulations

Congrats man!! Can't wait to see how your fall plays out.

congratulations
Thank you

So I was wrong about the guy who killed bullwinkle drawing the same tag, it was just speculation from Facebook. Sorry, I shouldn't have said anything.

The goat tickets are 6.00 so if they got 100 it would mean he/she got it for 600.00 even better price :IBCOOL:
Congrats stickman that's still lucky with about 18% chance with that many in the hat.
-
congrats stickman, hope you get plenty of time off work to have a good time!

Okay, well I didn't realize the price for goat tickets was different than sheep. I now see that moose and goat tickets are $6.00 and sheep is $11.50. Why is that? That makes no sense. Moose, sheep, and goat should all be the same. If anything, the mountain goat raffle tickets should be $11.50 and the sheep tickets only $6.00, because in the regular draw goat is much more difficult to draw.
But yeah, it would have only been $600 for the person who drew the mountain goat raffle tag.

Congrats, Stickman! Pictures, pictures, pictures. Please.
-
Right on Stickman! Please start a thread so we can share vicariously, and hope the mods will hit any trolls ASAP with the ban hammer. The special permit sagas are my favorite reads every year.
-
Stickman- which three species are you planning to hunt? Moose, is the obvious one. But what about the other two? Bear, whitetail deer, elk?
