Title: Shooting area near Banks Lake?
Post by: addicted1 on July 26, 2017, 12:23:46 AM: Going camping in a few weeks and was wondering if someone knows of an area that I could take the family to do some shooting? From the westside, so not too familiar with the area.

Post by: HawkCreek on August 04, 2017, 12:17:13 PM: About the only safe area would be the gravel pits just east of the rodeo grounds. To be honest I dont even know if they are still open as they were talking about putting gates on them a few years back. If you do go there look around first, lots of folks from town used to take dirt bikes and quads out there in the evenings.
