Anyone know what happened with the Bill (https://www.congress.gov/bill/115th-congress/house-bill/2083/all-actions?overview=closed#tabs) that would allow indians to kill sea lions?  And when will they start dropping them?  :dunno:

Cormorants should be first to go and I don't even think cormorants are native. I always shake my head when I see a couple hundred feasting on trapped salmon smolts in these man made estuaries. :rolleyes:
