Neighbor was wanting to sell me his bt99 plus adjustable B&C. I read up on issues that browning has had with their hardware and most people say to replace with the Graco hardware. My questions for you are that the front set screw hole seems to be rounded out. The post moves in and out of the comb stock and the set screw is only partially visible. See picture 1.Is this a major fix? Also does your vent rib move up and down slightly near the receiver, maybe tighten that set screw where the vent rib meets the receiver? See picture 2. Thank you for any input.
