While out today I saw a black goose with red specks on the belly. Can anyone tell me what kind of goose this is. I've never seen one before. Thanks

Where were you hunting.... is it possible it was a Scoter?

West side of WA near skagit. Looks very similar to a Black Scoter, very well could be. I've never seen one before.
