Help! I dropped my camera in the sand at the beach. The lens couver was closed , I blew it off and shook it before trying to open it. It opened fine but now it won't close. The camera is a Panasonic DMC-TZ3. I tried the canned air- still won't close. :yike: any ideas???

you'll need to take it apart to clean it properly. You might ask Bob R (see trailcam forum) if he'd be up for taking it apart for you as he is very experienced. Minor shipping costs would be worth it.

I would think you will need to take it apart and clean it or have someone do it for you. I did it recently with a small screwdriver set on my point and shoot and it was easier than I thought. :dunno:
