If I'm not mistaken and understood correctly. Marine area 1 is closed....

North Jetty is open if either Buoy 10 or Area 1 is open.

Ohhh, my mistake. Just remember seeing that update a while back. No clue if they've been doing good out there. I had a friend go earlier in august with no luck.
