Title: TC Northwest Explorer sight diameter
Post by: Gus on September 05, 2017, 11:24:08 AM
So I cracked the fiber optic rod on the front sight of my T/C northwest explorer muzzle loader. Was wondering if anyone knew the diameter of the actual fiber optic. These are the sights that came on the gun. I'm looking to order a replacement for it and I don't have a caliper that will measure that small. Tried to find the info online with no luck so far.  Thanks in advance for any help!

You could take to a good archery shop - they will have most of the different sizes of optic rods.

0.060 / 1.5 MM was an excellent fit for my TC B/D.
