Rained in Forks again this morning. I actually had the wipers on for about 30 seconds. If this keeps up we may have flood watch!

We actually have fairly clear skies here today and the sun is yellow for a change.

Radar shows a touch of rain over the western front of the NP fire along with favorable light winds and cooler temps.  Anything is better than 100 degrees, dry and east wind for that fire.

While we need rain ,more fires = more game
Look to the Entiat and tripod fires.
I've seen the Norse peak area regress do to the feed being choked out by trees in the areas I've hunted.

Spot on as far as I am concerned.
My deer area burned twice and I shot the biggest buck of my like standing on the retardant line.

I just want the rain now so I can run the wood stoves and have a campfire in four weeks.
