I am not sure which Williams rear sight you have,

(https://hunting-washington.com/smf/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fmedia.midwayusa.com%2Fproductimages%2F880x660%2FPrimary%2F918%2F918784.jpg&hash=d395613a3599f17394b549958cc96bb0c5bd980d)

If it might be this one... the screw on the left on the back should be elevation for moving the sight up or down the ramp.  The screw on the right should allow to move the sight blade left/right for windage.  The single screw in front is a mounting screw for attaching the sight to the barrel. There will be another under the adjustable sight portion.

Hope this helps...
