You'll have a few more friends out there in your favorite hunting spots on the opener ... Teanaway "Public Land" Hunters being one of them ...among other Fire Area Closures. According to Cle Elum Ranger station recording (509-852-1100) ... they've closed down many Teanaway "Forest Service Land" Hunting Areas for the Modern Opener Weekend ... check out the latest Fire Perimeter Closure Update and Map it. Perhaps will change as the season progresses and they'll shrink the Perimeter and open up...?
