I have a Rem 700 in .300wsm that fails to feed the last round. The rifle sits in a Manners stock with the BDL mini-chassis and factory Remington BDL bottom metal, box, spring and follower. If I load one in the chamber and two in the mag, it will cycle the first one out of the mag just fine, but the last round will always get kicked nose up and jam. I have to push the follower/spring down with my finger to get the case to un-jam. Any obvious things to look at to see what is going on? Thanks.

Is the Mag box for the WSM cartridge? Does the Mag box have the triangular cut outs on both sides?

I’m not at home at the moment to be able to pull it apart and check, but I am using all the components from a Rem 700 chambered in .300wsm that I purchased brand new.
