Title: Question about kapowsin lake

On the other side of the lake from the boat launch is electron road can I park on that road and walk in on the shoreline and duck  hunt the lake or does Hancock own that?

Hancock owns that land.

The Puyallup tribe owns a lot of the east shore, including what used to be the "park".
