I was driving past Black Lake on the Black Lake Belmore road Monday afternoon and saw a guy haul in a bass that looked to be close to 5 lbs. He was fishing from the road, but there were too many cars behind me to pull over. Looked to be using rubber worms or whole nightcrawlers.
