I want some good mushrooms for Christmas dinner this Sat. I live in Burien. Any suggestions on where I could buy some?

They're coming out of several areas right now. Black trumpet, hedgehog, and yellowfoot are being foraged on the coast, mostly No. CA and So. OR. The chanterelles from wherever we can find them, mostly coastal. Matsutake are coming from secret places. Most of the cultivated are grown around Seattle.

Holy Moses this is awesome thank you so much. I think I am going to do the wild mushroom pack. 2# for $40.
I will cooking our dinner on Sat. do you think that I should order today or tomorrow?

Ordered them last night at 8:30 and they were delivered at noon. This is crazy cool.
We are making Braciola, pasta with a buttery mushroom sauce and ravioli for Christmas dinner.

Saw a giant cauliflower mushroom when I was out hiking yesterday. The chanterelles are done here though

That is a super fast turn around. I'm glad you're happy with it. You might put a dry paper towel around the mushrooms in the clamshell. Enjoy. Your dish sounds great!

That spread looks incredible. Take a look at some of the Noble line of products, too. The bourbon barrel or Tahitian vanilla pure maple syrups, or the Noble XO finishing vinegar are superb. There's a ton of other stuff on that page. You could miss a mortgage payment if you spend too long on it.
