Title: Southeast Colorado
Post by: Skillet on February 08, 2018, 09:16:38 AM: Anybody know anything about hunting the plains of SE Colorado? I have been invited to hunt mule deer on a large cattle ranch near La Junta. Is this a big buck area? Looking here first for info from those in the know.

Good to hear. The owner says he has some big mulies, but big is relative.

He didn't mention whitetail, but I wouldn't travel that far for a whitetail anyway.
