It looks like this is more of a tribal government issue than a Federal issue.

Sad story, the guy can't catch a break.  I'm wondering if there is more to it than is being reported.
Either way, he will get his day in court, hopefully be exonerated and get his rights back.

How was he paying fees for a grazing lease he didn’t have?
