Anybody ever mill one out ,advise,junk,good the bad,and the ugly,looking for comments or suggestions.

I have and I wouldn't waste the time or money on it. The process was easy enough if you have access to a drill press but I wouldn't try it using hand tools. Go slow and read the directions twice and it's pretty easy and straight forward.
Unless you really feel the need for a "ghost gun", just pick up the cheapest aluminum lower you can find and you'd probably be money ahead.

Done a few. Not had for the price. But you can also do the AL lower with a drill press jig / router for a little more. Nice having all the options you want on ghost AR and still saving $
Let me know if you need Cerakote when your done milling it out 8)

Waste of time, the only person coming out ahead is the clown that sold it.

Many reports of even factory produced poly lowers having issues. Millions of them also out there working fine as well, so not sure that really helps, but just somethign to keep in mind...
If I was going to take the time and energy to do a 80% I would Def do it in aluminum, just more durable, less concern about caliber or treatment/abuse. Also make sure to buy one already coated, otherwise you are just looking at another chunk of change to get it coated after you mill it.. I think typically $50-75 just to coat a bare lower.

I have a friend that has done 3 in the 308 lower and hasn't had any problems with any of them. I also have a 308 lower, but I haven't milled it out yet. It's just been sitting in my closet for the past year.

I have seen mixed reviews ,and already bought one ,and milled,i just wanted see if anybody had any major problems,I have not shot with it yet,but functions as it should.Just thought I might buy one before there banned as bump stocks and other gun parts go away.Anyway I will post up some pics.
And yes I know aluminium is better and own metal lowers.

I milled two and was not impressed at all with the final project compared to aluminum. Just too flexible once assembled. Iv'e heard of them breaking at the stock mounting point if stressed or accidentally received a side load.
