Looking at the issue of the larger state law, I would think that the protectors of the 2A win this battle

How do they expect to be able to enforce this?
-
They need registration next huh

This is scary stuff. Ok if you keep your evil gun in hiding, but what good is that.
As soon as you use it in defense, take it shooting or someone sees it they will be on you.
$1000.00 per day will eat up your life in quick time.
We joke it off. But it would t be hard to figure out who had what if they really decided to search and destroy.
I do t see individuals being able to stand up to this if it stands. Going to have to be a united stand. Not something gun owners are know for.
Coming to a town near you soon.
If it stands, Seattle will be all over it.

"Search and destroy"?
Which right do they infringe on if they show up at your house and demand access to search for "assault weapons" without a warrant?
They need registration next huh
Everyone thinking "gun registration" is not a big deal should refer to my first question. :twocents:

You guy do know that Washington States Constitution reads differently than Illinois?
Article 1 section 24 is quite clear regarding this issue.

The whole things a paper tiger. The fines un enforceable as well as the confiscation. It’s fear tactics and bullying that this city should be sued out of existence for.
-
Not trying to argue, but even if it is unenforceable it will affect our/their right to enjoy their firearm.
-
I-594 + surrender and confiscation ordinance =
This is why it's so important for zero tolerance on any new gun laws, even "common since" gun laws like a bump stock ban; it all leads down the slippery slope of infringement.

I don’t disagree at all. These *censored*s need to be hammered hard for trying to push around and terrorize American citizens. I just hope these people don’t comply out of fear of the fine and see this for what it is.
