Awesome bull!
I was in the blues a couple of weeks ago. First time in a couple of years. I was totally shocked by the lack of deer elk and turkeys. First time i was down there a dozen years ago or so on spring bear hunt we saw 100's or maybe even 1000s of elk and turkeys and deer everywhere. This trip less than 10 deer maybe 30 or 40 elk and 4 turkeys. In 4 solid days of shed hunting. And no sheds - i covered 26 miles and my son even more. Not even an old shed. Did find 4 bone piles from the winter - not sure if just winter kill or predator.
A real shame to what has happened to the game herd down there - well everywhere....

a real shame and disgusting! Anyone that supports wolves should just quit hunting, they are supporting this travesty! There was a few on here saying they can’t wait till they can hunt wolves in wa. Well, you may get your wish, just too bad the elk and deer are paying the price.

I'm sickened at what's happening to these herds,I've never been in the blues but to witness an area die out sucks.
-
Agree, sickened and mad as hell about it.

I love how everyone blames the wolves but overlook poaching. POACHING is the biggest problem!
-
Nobody is denying poaching, or native kills. We’d love to string up poachers by their toes!!

Poaching is already illegal. Over-predation is the direct result of WDFW's anti-hunting agenda driven management. SMH

Hillbilly wildlife survey says all animals gone! Only sasquatches and wolves left

Awesome bull be glad you killed him last year. It looks like tags in the blues were just about cut in half. I just wish the unit was conservatively managed by the tribes as well. It doesnt make sense to ever cut bull tags when tribes dont manage. Rifle hunt the month of august then bow hunt september and then back to rifle in october. Thats there management plan.
-
Very nice I love the color on him
-
Great bull. Congratulations, can’t wait to see the mount!!
-
I didn't shoot it. Seen it at bighorn show
