I'm thinking it's a male chasing after a female in heat?

It's a state forest about 15-20 minutes NE of Duvall. And I misspelled it - apparently its official name is "Marckworth Forest" (with a 'k').

Is that cam on what use to be the main road?
Always has been lots of cats back there and can only imagine it’s blown up with the road being gated on both ends.

Awesome capture. If you let your brain forget the scale, they look like a couple house-cats playing.

Yeah, about here:

Still a surprising amount of traffic - it caught trucks, bikes or hikers nearly every day. (I presume the trucks are official vehicles, since the gates are locked.) The camera was kind of obvious, so I'm surprised that nobody seemed to have noticed it.
