Title: Potholes Walleye
Post by: gasman on May 28, 2018, 02:53:17 PM
Camping at Potholes State Park next weekend and was wondering if anyone has a current walleye report  to share  :fishin:

Only fished potholes for walleye during the winter, this will be my first attempt to catch them in this far into the year. Not really sure where to concentrate on fishing for them.

Should I fish deep or shallow?

Would appreciatesany reports or tips

 :hello: :hello: :hello:

Some family members didn't do well this weekend. Just a couple small ones, up shallow in the weeds. Res is full pool and there is planty of water for them to hide in.

Fished it last weekend, lots of fish being caught at Crab Creek, 10 -12 feet, slow death hook and crawler.
