Yeah, when feeding whales is a higher priority then feeding people, the path they(we?) are on should get interesting.

No it stops east of Swiftsure…
What sucks is they dont want to control the sightseeing boats but want to restrict the rec guys just trying to catch some fish...

Canada has some asinine rules, last time I was there I had to turn loose about 6 wild fish just to retain 1 clipped, it was insane. I would have killed less fish had I just limited out on the silvers and quit. I hate turning loose salmon because I know most are going to die, especially when seals, dolphins and sharks follow the boat.

It isn't a rule to limit traffic, it is specifically to limit salmon catch so the whales have more to choose from.
