Title: Halibut
Post by: merkaba93 on June 07, 2018, 10:11:10 PM
So I kinda forgot to write down my recipe for this. But what I did was a pound of new potatoes sliced thin. Added white wine, chicken stock and about a tbs of butter (liquid just covering the potatoes), then placed over coals for about 6 min. Then removed the dutch oven and then added the asparagus, Meyer lemon, dill and halibut. Made a topping for the halibut, which was a mix of mayo, parmesan, garlic and chives. Added a bit more chicken stock to the bottom so the potatoes wouldn't burn.
Put the dutch oven back over the coals for 6 min. Then removed from coals and added coals to the top for 3 min to toast the topping.
