Title: Did the Eastside get Screwed??

Once again stand in front of the mirror and repeat slowly:

This is a consciences allocation of the resource's. If you repeat it enough eventually you will believe it. The stocking has always been lopsided to cater to the larger population areas.

You mean the people that buy more licenses and contribute more money get more fish? It all depends on how you define fair.
