In a few weeks the wife and I are looking at taking the dogs up to snoqualmie pass for a day hike. Is there any good lakes to hike into that are 2-3 miles one way? That could be descent fishing?
Thank You

snow, lillian, annette, alaska, malakwa, etc... most are probably a little more than 2 miles though.

If you go to the WDFW website you will find lakes that have been planted and with what.

Lodge is an easy short hike. Look at lakes planted 2015-2016.

I don’t think wdfw has updated there high lake stocking for 5-6 years? Unless they have recently.

I was just sniveling about this the other day-this thread caused me to check Yakima County lakes and for the most part it has been updated. A few inaccuracies, a few not done, but overall accurate. I did check a few that were mentioned as possibilities like Lodge Lake and it's updated-getting 300 some rainbow annually.

Yes updates! Thank you!

They changed from the old list to a different format:

Kendall Peak Lakes are also close to the Pass and got fish in 2016. Looks like some Goldens too.
