Title: Day in the woods ??
Post by: cryder on July 06, 2018, 07:39:58 AM
Well ,,,,,decided to hunt muzzleloader this year , above my cabin up north , I'll be on public invaded , and obused land so I'm preparing for the worst , but my plan is to get up there before all the loud creeps get there , crap ! Sooooooo ,,,, I went up there 2 days ago to see if the trails we're as I remembered , wow what a breathtakeing place , big vast canyon , compleatly green right now , saw several elk signs , don't no if they are there during the season but this year I'm gunna find out what's going on up there , I've heard them calling up there in past years and there is hardly any road left to get there , need a pretty well prepared vehicle to get up there and from what I've seen the chemists down at the bottom of the mountain don't have one of those , there's only one way in and one way out of Reno you creeps !!! Ooops ! That's right they only hunt out of season ,,,, almost forgot , anyways , just venting ,,,,,,,,, I set up 2 trail cams right along a busy game trail along a thick hillside , wow , there's bear scat , cougar tracks deer allover and some real freash scrapes ten feet from the ground , lots of food long site perches , it all looks real good so I'll see what shows up on my cams in about a month ,,,,,, if there still there😠😠😠😠

I've been missing your contributions, Cryder.  Glad to see you were able to get out and spend some time in the woods.

I hope it pans out for you this fall.
